While Doctors and health experts have been stressing on the need to exercise in the pandemic, to keep oneself mentally and physically fit, a man's video is going viral. Aravind, a trained diver,dived 14 meters underwater with protective eye gear and worked out on the sea-bed. He said that people should work out and do breathing exercises for around 45 minutes every day.
